What are your job duties?
I assist recruiters by researching and identifying quality candidates for them to work with.
How do you get through the work day?
I like to listen to music and podcasts. This American Life has almost 20 years of episodes to listen to, so that’s nice. I just hit play and focus on sourcing!
What’s your favorite book?
I don’t have a favorite book, but Stephen King is my favorite author. Some of my favorites by him include It, The Green Mile, and Pet Cemetary.
What’s your favorite food?
Mexican food! I would eat Mexican food every day if I could.
What’s your favorite movie?
Forrest Gump, which I’ve probably seen 100+ times and it still gets to me.
If you were a dessert, what would you be?
I’d probably be Tiramisu because I’m Italian and rely heavily on coffee to be pleasant.
Use one word to describe Headway:
Refreshing, because I don’t think I’ve ever worked somewhere where the environment is so positive. The vibe is friendly and supportive. Things like the Spirit Committee planning events, the Grateful Jar, CORE Star, or even the Headway Hero all make coming to work more enjoyable and I’m thankful to be able to work somewhere that seems to genuinely appreciate their employees.
