At Headway, we’re serious about feedback. When our interviewers and data collectors return from the field, we want to hear about their experiences. What has your experience with Headway and RTI been like from applying to positions to getting to the client interview and then being hired to work on assignments?
Headway and RTI has given me my first experience working in the field of Social Science Study Research. I had never heard of this line of work and having Headway and RTI on the groundwork of my professional development in this field has been invaluable and amazing.
What do you enjoy the most about working with RTI as a field employee?
I enjoy everyone I work with, which is most important for me. As a Field Interviewer, I consider myself a “people person” and I value relationships. I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work on a few projects with the Headway/RTI connection and everyone, from the initial contact at Headway, to the Project Directors and Field Managers have worked with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Field Interviewing and Data Collection can be challenging, and having a team that you know understands the challenges and appreciates your efforts is very important.
Why would you recommend Headway/RTI to others?
I do recommend Headway/RTI to those I know who are looking for work. When I experience something good, and I have nothing but praise for the company that I work for, I would do a disservice to people I know by not sharing this awesome line of work with Headway/RTI.
